The meeting was called to order by President, Bob Johnson, at 7:15 p.m..  The minutes of the previous meeting were read and accepted.  Kappa Omicron chapter now has $174.22 in the free 15 account, a balance outstanding of $15, and a bill which we have not received $200.

Move: that after a $250 profit base to APO, it will be a 20% split to each performing organizations with a profit ceiling to each performing organization $160.  CARRIED!. This concerns the Battle of the Bands on March 6.

The private brotherhood initiation will take place this coming Wednesday night at 8 p.m. at the Methodist Church.  The date is December 18, 1963.

It will be caroling with GSS this Tuesday at 8:15 p.m. and there is a possibility that there will also be caroling on Thursday.

The new Executive Board will meet for the first time on January 5.  Paragraph others that had volunteered to help Don Haynes in the book exchange are Jack Kooyoojian, Bob Coffin, and Dick Sterling.

Is that volunteered to help my Cheren with the critique are Dave Mitchell, Dave Haracz, Marty Rosenberg, Carlos Inacio, Dick Strecker, Dave Mathieson, and Dan Dwyer.

The voting on pledges followed.  If a brother would like to see a complete list of the pledges were accepted, rejected, or extended, I have a complete list in my room, 314 Gorman House.  The meeting was adjourned at eight to at 10:30 p.m.
